Probably the worst online retailer!

For an online retailer that has been around for like forever, Loot is by far the most disappointing service provider around. The website is below average, the range is okay but not extensive, the order handling and tracking feels primitive, the delivery reliability is non existent. In more cases than not, they do deliver but have no expectations as to when. Their supplier networks are nothing close to what is expected from online retail today. Even sites that do not guarantee shipping within a week are more reliable than Loot.

Like I started: for an online retailer that has been around before Takealot, Take2 or Kalahari, I expected MUCH more. Pity they didn’t have similar standards or goals for themselves. As soon as I deplete voucher(purchased through loot partner), I shall rather shop elsewhere than use Loot again.
