Preordering PS5 games a nightmare

I’ve dealt with Loot for more than 9 years and their service was always excellent. I’m a keen gamer and usually preorder my games. For the past year, whenever I preorder a game through Loot l, the item is never shipped on time and excuses are always made that the supplier has not provided the item or there have been delays. The fact is that the product is then available at all other retailers such as Takealot, BT Games and Koodoo. Looks like I will need to take my business elsewhere as it simply isn’t improving
