Poor services and late delivery

Ordered a product from them via bidorbuy on the 9th Dec 2021. Upon numerous queries on courier tracking number, I was told they will only be able to give it to me when the product when the couriers pick it up. I then asked when estimated delivery time might be, the tell me the 29th December!! A Christmas gift delivered AFTER Christmas. Now, a day before expected delivery, I get an e-mail saying delivery will only be made around the 10th January! I get international packages delivered quicker than that! Absolutely poor services allround considering the excellent services you get from Takealot. Absolutely would NOT recommend.
