POOR SERVICE, NO FEEDBACK, NO RESPONSE SINCE APRIL 2020

I have placed an order in beginning of April 2020, wherein I ordered two books and vape products. I understand that because of the tobacco ban, they are not allowed to deliver the vape products, but to date I did not even receive the books as yet. To make matters worse not once until today was I even informed that they are not going to deliver my books. I sent many e-mails requesting feedback on my order, but to date all I get is a confirmation of receipt of e-mail and no further response. I have now sent another e-mail to them cancelling my order and requesting a refund, needless to say - also no response. For more than 3 months I did not hear a word from Loot. Trying to get hold of them telephonically is also not successful. I paid when I placed my order. No notification came through to say they are not going to deliver at least my books.
