poor service no customer care, very displeased with Loot

Seriously this is ridiculous!!!! more than 12 emails no reply or followup from Loot. i cannot phone and speak to any one @ Loot. I made an order on 26 May and still did not receive it. I requested by email to please leave the items not in stock and send the rest. In any case How can you advertise something that is not in stock? It is almost 2 months now! ***
