Poor service Loot.co.za

Please avoid buying from this online supplier, purchased a 55" Samsung television set from them December 2018, TV was sent to them May 2020 for a warranty claim, since then on a weekly basis i requested an update regarding this claim and the answer was that it is at Samsung and they are waiting on Samsung, i now have made contact with the Samsung service center and they indicated that Loot.co.za only requested a call out repair on the 23 July 2020! They clearly are not trusted providers and the service level clearly indicate they need to be avoided at all cost is seems.
