Poor Service Loot.co.za

Ordered an item from them last month which I need, which they said was due to arrive 6 May. Currently (9th May) there has been no sign of the order. No notifications at all. I get that delays are possible and I really don't mind waiting, but why does there have to be a lack of communication? Zero response on emails I have sent. Nothing Worse still they closed it off as delivered. I call them and they tell me to follow up with Dawn Wing. I must follow it up. What nonsense. loot this is your problem.
