Poor service from LOOT.co.za - stay away

I ordered an item online from LOOT on the 27th of October 2020. Today is the 22nd of Dec 2020 and it is still not delivered. I receive no response or updates from them anymore. They phoned me once saying it will be delivered middle of Nov. I then queried when it was not delivered and was told their supplier is out of stock. Since then they don't respond to emails and do not give updates.
