Poor service from Loot and Pargo

I had ordered good from Loot.co.za and received an email from Loot and Pargo that my parcel was sent out on January 28 and no further notification. On Feb 10 I sent an email to both companies asking where is my parcel and when it will be delivered. To dat neither company has produced any real reply.
