Poor service from Loot

Loot are very quick to take the money off the credit card but delivery is then 9 days later and damaged!. Frustration for two days with numerous emails and phones call (lengthy) trying to report the goods damaged so that the exchange process can take place. After 2 days being told they have 48 hours to start responding. Do not buy from them unless you want frustration and shop soiled /damaged goods. this was a big ticket item!
