POOR SERVICE FROM LOOT

Poor customer service!!!

1. Delivery of order took more than 4 weeks 2. Delivery address changed and confirmed by LOOT customer and still delivered to wrong address 3. No feedback or assistance from LOOT to deliver my parcel to the correct address.
