Poor Service, failure to deliver product, breach of sale agreement

Placed an order on 19 December which was to delivered latest 05 January 2021. To date the order has still not been received. According to Olwethu at Loot the funds have not been cleared even though payment was made on 19 December and I sent them proof of payment.

If finance confirm funds cleared then I will still need to wait another 7 - 10 working days for thr product, yet that was the initial agreement of the purchase putting loot in breach.

Still they dont seem to care. I gave them a try as I used some Discovery miles to pay for a portion of the product.

Lets say loot leaves a lot to be desired and i will be deleting the app from my phone and take my Discovery miles else where.

Honestly from the conversation with their staff I doubt this wi be resolved.

Guys, pleade keep away from this company it eill be better to use your cash elsewhere.
