POOR SERVICE

I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE SUCH POOR SERVICE FROM AN ON-LINE SHOP. Placed an order on the 19th July and to date NO progress has been made in delivering my order. The amount of excuses that is being dished up is unbelievable. Instead of improving service I am offered a cancellation of order. This was my first experience with Loot.co.za but most definitely my last.
