Poor Service Delivery = No Parcel That Has Been Delivered

Poor Service Delivery, I have not received my parcel as yet. They use the Post Office as one of their preferred Service Delivery Companies, Loot.co.za should be held accountable for this as I am a paying customer that expects my items to be delivered on time, regardless of who their service delivery supplier is. This is poor, and unacceptable and something should be done about this! I will never use Loot.co.za again!
