Poor Service Delivery - Loot.co.za

Very Poor Service. I have made a purchase online 01.07.2020 and have paid for priority delivery. As to date I have not received my printer. Very disappointed with the service level. A big e-commerce company you would expect a Consultant to contact you. I have send 3x emails requesting update on delivery. Please advise if this is a **** if I need to report this company.
