Poor service delivery

Bought a Cooler Master mousepad from Loot.co.za on the 17th of December. The item was in stock and my estimated delivery date was on the 13th of January in the new year!! On the 21st of December they canceled my order because their supplier didn't have stock anymore!!

So with my terrible experience I've had with Loot.co.za, their delivery dates are pathetic and their suppliers cannot even reserve an item for a customer after it has been purchased. First time buyer and last time as well.
