Poor service. Delivery delayed

Ordered a TV. Noting happened, Had to phone them twice to tell them I need to provide a TV licence. Then they delayed the dispatch of my item. Then I phoned again, the told me that they cannot expedite the delivery, although they offer express delivery services? As if you cannot send a TV somewhere within 1 business day? Now I will have to organise someone to accept the parcel on my behalf as the, now delayed, delivery date doesnt suit me. I have read a lot of horrible things about loot deliveries, and now I experienced it myself. Wil be doing my shopping elsewhere in future. Steer clear.
