Poor service delivery

Loot is so unprofessional. When I ordered my book it was available on the website but the delivery has been delayed at first for 2 weeks and now for another 2 weeks which is 4 weeks in total.

This is terrible service because they’re deceiving the customers to believe that the books are available when actually they have not even received them from the supplier.

Im so disappointed as I’m a student and I don’t know what I’ll write in my assignments or even when I’ll get the time to efficiently study for exams. Im never ordering from loot again. I was a loyal customer but this is the last time.
