Poor service delivery.

I would not recommend using this company at all. If you have other options, please save yourself a lot of frustration and use those. I ordered books to be sent overseas as gifts which were supposed to arrive at least 11 days prior to their departure. Delivery dates were not adhered to, no notification of delays was given ( only after inquiries have been made). I was told that there was a delay and that they cannot help me in time. to them, cancelling my order due to poor service delivery is out of the question. One only receives platitudes and apologies, but no action at all. Had they informed me of the delay and subsequently given me a refund, I could have made another plan to source the books. I have now paid for books, but none in sight. No one has time and energy to argue with big corps. Stick to reputable companies. This is, in my opinion, not one of them.
