Poor service

I have pay and place my order 10 days ago. If I phone to enquire about my delivery, as my cellphone no is one of the contact no. the account it on my husband's name, they just refuse to help me. If I can provide them with the parcel no why cant they give me the delivery date. I don't want the change any delivery adres!
