Poor service

Loot.co.za stated the latest delivery date as today but no notification of despatch and no delivery. This is very poor business practice - over promise and under deliver. We're very dissappointed and will definitely NOT use Loot.co.za ever again and we will make a point of letting everyone we know about their poor service. Loot.co.za, this is the quickest way to lose your clients.
