Poor service and slow delivery times

Great prices and variety of products but their customer service and delivery time is very poor. The time it takes to get your items delivered is extremely slow, especially in today’s times! I really hope that Loot would address and rectify these issues, as there are so many more items that I would buy from them if this was more efficient.
