Poor service and not sticking to delivery date

I called at 10am, 12pm and 2pm to speak to the team leader as I order study books for my child and she needs it urgently with no one calling me back. I was supposed to received it today after placing order the 15th of Feb and still they do not have book in warehouse. On Friday they said it is but today they have different story. I struggle to get this matter escalated and will not recommend Loots on line shopping to anyone as first time buyer.
