Poor service!

I purchased a textbook at the start of February. At first I was informed that the book is out of stock and its now on backorder, then a month later I received a notification that the book has been dispatched for delivery and should reach me in 3 days. Another 2 weeks later after doing enquiries, I was informed that the book was undelivered and returned to the warehouse. I was provided with an option to opt out and receive a refund, which I then did. Numerous enquiries from my side, and numerous excuses from Loot and the end result is that 5 months later since the date of order and I have still not received the nook nor any refund. This is highly unacceptable!
