Poor service

I purchased study material at loot on the 3rd of june 2021 till date i have'nt received it after the promise that they will make sure they deliver. Now no one is saying anything and i cant get hold of them. Am falling behind with my assignment because i dont have study material. I just want them to deliver my orders or they should just give me my money back.
