Poor service

extremely poor service. Dispatch date was set 2 weeks after the order/paid date then on the 13th (2 days after) the dispatch date i get an email stating they do not have stock on the items. really if you cant supply the product then dont put it on the website. ill never use loot again or recommend the rather got to takealot
