Poor Service

Hi,

I placed a order on the 21/10/2017 @ 9am, cool so the status said stock on order and delivery time is 27/10/2017, Friday came, phoned and the reception, or the person that answered, told me I will receive a dispatch mail on the day, nothing. Phoned 30/10/2017 and the same story?

I don't care if the stock is ordered from China, the date stated was 27/10/2017 and not 30/10/2017 or later?

Previously I got good service but this is unacceptable? I don't want phone calls with apologies, I want action.
