Poor Response times from Loot

I am really disappointed with Loot's service. When you look at an item on the store they "falsely" advertise it as in-stock, ship within 3 to 7 days. Once you paid, that 3-7 day all of a sudden becomes 14 days. I have bought an item on the 3rd of the month thinking it will ship within 3-7 days as advertised. Once the order went through the shipment date all of a sudden went out to the 16th of the month. If I knew it was going to take 14 days just to ship the item I would have bought it from another online store.
