POOR POOR POOR SERVICE FROM LOOT

Ordered an item and the due date for delivery was stated as 15 January 2021. I continuously checked "my orders" and the "expected delivery" and "late delivery" was stated as 15 January 2021.

On 18 January 2021 I wrote Loot an email pointing out that the dates listed i my orders are both come and gone and I have not received the product. So today I get an email stating they cannot source the product and have refunded my credit card plus issued a R50 voucher. They can keep their voucher because poor a voucher does not make up for very poor communication (I wonder how long it would have taken them to respond if I did not write the email)

I will not be using Loot again.
