Poor delivery service

I waited for a package scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday 5 June 2019 by Dawn Wing. It was eventually delivered on Saturday 8 June 2019, after a big struggle getting information from Dawn Wing, dealing with their false claims and even changing the delivery address to enable delivery on a Saturday. As long as Loot.co.za utilise Dawn Wing for deliveries, I will consider other options instead. Dealing with a troublesome courier is just too stressful!
