POOR CUSTOMER CARE AND VALUE FOR MONEY.

I bought 4 x wris****ch in April 2023; they were delivered on time but the two were not working the other one's battery was damaged. I wrote a request for my returns and return of the watches. Till today they have not refunded me and did not collect them
