PLEASE PAYBACK MY MONEY

I bought an item on 23 September 2021 with a reference number KJPJ-345-B570 from loot.co.za. The shipping date for the item from Bosch delivery was supposed to be on 6th October 2021. The status of the order is still stock on order and I cant afford to wait for another week for the item to be delivered. I have requested to be refunded, but Loot.co.za is refusing to pay back the money.because the order is going to be shipped on or around 13 October2021 PLEASE GIVE ME MY REFUND
