Please give me feedback!
I placed on online order with loot on the 07.01.2016 for 4 x textbooks, and the latest expected dispatch date on the order was stated as 26.01.2016. On the 18.01.2016 I spoke to Tammy who confirmed they had 3 books and were waiting on 1. I requested that she please forward the 3 they had in stock, which she kindly gave me the waybill number. On the 19th and 20th I followed up with Brady as it still had not left the warehouse. On the 21st January, I finally received and email stating the order had been dispatched. I received the order yesterday, 26.01.2016, but NOT MY ORDER - SOMEBODY ELSE'S 3 TEXTBOOKS. Phoned yesterday and spoke to Tammy and later Brady, still no response. Please let me know what is happening and when I will receive my books! ORDER # ZLYT-95-B010
We are so sorry that the partial dispatch that was arranged did not leave the warehouse as fast as we had expected. The warehouse, unfortunately, prioritises orders that may be running late and therefore your dispatch was not dealt with as fast as it should have been.
Of course, we would have preferred for it to leave the warehouse on the day on 18 January advised.
The warehouse mix-up is a very rare occurrence. We have instituted quality control processes with our warehouse senior team to prevent this from happening. Of course, we will do our utmost to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience and disappointment caused to you. So sorry we let you down on this occasion.
