Placed order on 25 Nov and never received it

I've been a long time supporter of Loot; but the service has been dwindling. No more so was seen when my wife ordered me a Christmas present on the 25th of November, guaranteeing delivery prior to Christmas.

We later received one notification that it may be late no more. After Christmas, nothing further. One can imagine waiting around a Christmas tree handing out gifts and my wife saddened and her inability to give me something. Ok so we can live with that.....

We then contacted them and asked for an update and a cancellation. We got no update only an assurance it's late still, no time line only blaming the supplier. We asked for a refund and gave them our bank account details only after 2 weeks to find out they did not deposit it as instructed, but gave us a voucher on their site. URRGH.

Disappointing and they have lost us as a customer.
