Place order for in-stock item on 12 January. Where is it?

Giving a 1-star rating is truthfully far too generous here. I placed an order on 12 January and have received two emails that keep pushing the expected date of shipment further into February. The website indicated they had stock and have been non-responsive to my inquiries.
