Payment processing failing.

I placed an order for an academic book. Payment failed. An email confirmed that payment failed. The link to retry payment failed.

I tried again. Payment went through. 7 Days later, still "processing payment". Calls not answered. Emails ignored. And the student in my house still needs her book.

I was happy with Loot before. But service has drastically declined. I will strongly advise buying somewhere else, especially if you don't have time or energy for extra admin.
