Pay extra too wait longer

After ordering a keyboard via loot.co.za online store on Sunday the 26th of November and spesifically select the option of a cash deposit so it may reflect in their acoiu t asap with the added 2-3 day maximum courier fee. I then had to contact them by Wednesday to inquire about delivery only to be told they haven't even checked on payment and would only begin the process then. So I wait another two days only to be told oh sorry you'll have to now wait over the weekend and it 'might' be there Monday. so the gift for my friend will have to be an empty packet until you can sort out your *********** staff and shipping system. Absolutely is less at ordering and delivering for an online platform when that is you ONLY business. Useless. Get a new accounts depertment asap. Idiots. And go waste someone's else's time.
