Pay back my refund money now

Here is an example of a company going backwards fast. Used to be a fan but now just trying to get a refund for the wrong item they sent me. Weeks of no feedback or refund after I followed all their exact instructions and returned the product in original packaging. We even called them and got nowhere on the complaint. Their adverts are misleading and full of technical errors. I WAS YOUR CUSTOMER LOOT.
