Pathetic service. Managers blatantly ignore you

Pathetic service. Managers blatantly ignore your questions when you ask for assistance. And what you pay for you do not receive. I asked for assistance as I ordered a 750W power supply and received a 650W....after waiting 3 days for someone to reply I am told to log a return request and the returns department will "look into it". I state that I require urgent assistance as I have now waited a further 3 days for someone to fob me off to the returns department - who will likely just collect the item and credit me out, making me wait for a credit to reflect in my account, which I feel that as this is either negligence in delivering the incorrect item, or false advertising. Either way, I should not be burdened with the wait of what will be likely a further 2 weeks before I receive a refund and can purchase the item from a decent supplier. You do not even answer your phone lines....I then asked for a manager to explain how it is fair for me to wait as a client for something to be corrected which was not even my problem - and I was simply flat out ignored. Avoid using this company at all costs as they clearly could not be bothered in their client satisfaction. they take your money and refuse to assist you with customer service when they ***** up your order.
