I sent loot an email complaining and called loot about an order I placed on the site with pathetic feedback from their staff.

I place an order on the 20th of Jan (Wed, 20 Jan 2021, 20:55) directly on the loot site and it took them 7 days to notify me that it is out of stock. When I placed my order I received a confirmation email from them with my payment status as settled. Over and about this I shared the link of the item with a friend the next day which was the 21st and he placed an order @ (Thu, 21 Jan 2021, 09:46) as per site. My order has been canceled and his order is being fulfilled. How is that fair!!!!! The excuse that loot has given me is that my payment may have taken longer than my friend's payment however they are unable to check and confirm this and both of us paid with a credit card and received an order confirmation email with payment status Settled a few mins after ordering.

I am extremely unhappy with the level of service from loot. I would no longer recommend loot to anyone or even use your loot in the future.
