Pathetic service from Loot...

I placed my first order with Loot end of April 2021. I selected the free delivery option. I was aware that the delivery would take abit longer. Expected delivery would have been on the 25th of May. Since then I have been getting emails regarding delays. Its been delay after delay. I am so disgusted with Loots service,I will never order from them again!!!!!!!
