Pathetic service and refund withheld

Pathetic service and ******** money withheld Re refund. I have asked for a refund for two months . Order no CPNB-310-B320 I can on getting a message asking for details and if I want a refund. I have asked numerous times with each time falling on deaf ears. They are violating my consumer rights by not processing my refund timeously
