PATHETIC SERVICE

I placed and paid for two orders on the 10th of October. The one order had 2 items that were "In stock". This order was dispatched within 3 days. The second order items had to be received from supplier. Was told latest shipping date 25 October. It is now the 30th, and after about 6 phone calls, countless e-mails, i still do not have my order. But I paid for it over 20 days ago. And no one at Loot actually cares. Once my order was dispatched, you would think they would over night it. Nope Still 3 day courier. Pathetic. This will be my last order with you.
