Pathetic service

They place products on sale which they don't even have in stock - Don't do business with this company. No customer relationship and not a sufficient website to keep the customer up to date. I'm still waiting for my refund which I asked for on the 9th of October when I cancelled my order because I have to wait 3 weeks for something I ordered. All hell is going to break loose if I don't get my refund done by end of this week
