Pathetic Service

I pre ordered the Call of Duty WW2 Xbox game and expecting this to be delivered as a gift on the 02/11/17, this was not done so I expected delivery on the 03/11/17 still not delivered however I checked on the delivery status that this was so I called the Loot call centre and they advised me that this was delivered at 10:21am, I checked with the person receiving this and was advised it was not so I asked the consultant at Loot to recheck and he advised me it was not delivered and will be delivered by 5:00pm. The person receiving the gift has a physical chronic condition that cannot use his limbs for too long which means he cannot be in traffic, due to the delay he waited till 5:00pm for the delivery and this was not delivered. I pre- ordered the game to have this before anyone else, the game is still not delivered and the inconvience that Loot has put me through and the person receiving this is unacceptable and disgusting to say the least. I will never use this site again. Just deliver the goods that I paid for!!!!!!
