Pathetic service

This company SUCKS!!more than a month Ago that we ordered a TV and NO communication from them. The call centre doesnt have ONE person working. Everything is done via email, and that takes another 5 days to get a response. They promise one should get several emails to track your package, but nothing. Not even on the app can one trace it. Only once one threatens them on social media do they respond.
