Pathetic delivery and cancellation of orders

Cancellation of order is taking to long. I placed an order on the 4th of October 2019, then delivery should take place on the 15th, I phoned them and then told me they have to order the stock so delivery would take longer. I then cancelled the order on the 9th on October 2019. This is now still not done. I paid via my Mobicred account, if they take to long to cancel this order I will have to pay and instalment on my account for something that I don't have in my possession. They are now not even answering my emails about this matter. Mobicred said LOOT must cancel with them, they can't do it with the emails I forwarded to them.
