Pathetic - Can't even answer a simple email query

I emailed a with a query on the 16th of June. That query was ignored. I sent a reminder email on the 30th of June, I received an automated reply that my query would be attended to in 72 hours. Another week has gone past, and still no reply. I am wondering if I should be purchaing from you if you can't even answer a simple email. Pathetic for such a large company. And judging by the amount of negative reports already posted on Hellopeter, Loot will not see my business. Its a pity I am limited to a minimum of 1 star, you don't even deserve that!
