Pathetic call agent

So I ordered essential baby goods to be delivered and the courier company lost my items during covid19. I then called loot customer service and this lady tells me my package will only be de after the lockdown. Mind you it was already shipped out from them. This lady gave me the quickest response she could with 0% of any interest to help. Giving birth soon and having to be up and down with such horrible service is just inconvenient. Call center agents should be screened to check if they just working for money or willing to help clients cause wow this lady's 'assistance' was appalling.
