PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not use this store, i repeat, Do not use this store. The delivery time , level of service, returns policy, after sales service is the worst i have ever experienced , it is my opinion that they are worse than TELKOM and i did not think you could get any worse than that.

I bought a gaming keyboard that i paid R2900.00 for , received it 2 weeks later, opened it and experienced an out of box failure. Keyboard types a random string of letters when you press certain keys. I tried it on 5 different pcs , and still the same.

Returned the keyboard to loot , and they make it extremely clear from the beginning that if they find nothing wrong they will charge you shipping fees to and from supplier and retailer.

Needless to say , they had the keyboard for a week and found nothing wrong and charged me and returned it. They said that their "EXPERT" had a look and found nothing wrong with it. The minute i plugged it in the exact same thing happened.

These guys are a wasteof time , SERIOUSLY, AVOID DEALING WITH THEM AT ALL COST.
